Visual Design/Decor Installation

Visual design is our specialty. We can provide professional personalized decoration services for your event. Let us help you design your fairytale wedding in the forest.

Our collection of decor features many high-quality wedding fixtures. Specialized team members can build props for photo opts, make signage, install lighting, and drape fabrics. Price based on budget.

Day of Decoration Placement

After you have created your DIY decorations and selected your furnishings we can install your creations according to your design on our wedding day. We setup your table linens, runners, chair sashes, centerpieces, cake table, gift table, head table, aisle markers, reserved seating, banners, decorative signage, gift trinkets and more. $600 and up based on needs.

Bass Camp

Wow your guests with an impressive and comfortable place to hang out in the forest.  This way they won’t have to worry about roughing it. With Bass Camp to hang out in all they need is their tent and sleeping bag.

Bass Camp features a covered living area with eclectic furnishings, floor coverings, and decorative lighting. The kitchen is set with countertops, a sink, drinking water dispenser, coffee maker, food storage bins and drink coolers with ice. Water, coffee and tea service is included, and we can stock your kitchen with drinks and snacks of your choosing for an additional cost.

Bass Camp is available for a cost of $1100.

Glamping Services

Experience the hot new trend in weddings with Glamping at The Music Camp. Glamping Packages include an elegant wall tent perched on a viewing platform above the rapids of the Pacolet River.

The tent is beautifully appointed in plush furniture and contains all the refinements of a luxury hotel suite. Relax with your new spouse on the observation deck, or sink into your queen size bed with silky sheets while the river soothes you to sleep. Pearl, our luxurious gypsy wagon is only steps away with a flushing toilet and adjacent hot shower. $550

Clean Up and Maintenance of Trash & Recycling

Our friendly staff will maintain a tidy scene during your event and replace liners before they become overflowing and unsightly. After your event we will restore The Music Camp to its original condition so you can focus on the honeymoon. $300

Day of Coordination ( Included)

Once you have hired your vendors let us take the stress of coordinating all the moving parts off your shoulders. Our attentive staff will contact all vendors and confirm your agreements, timelines, and site specific needs weeks before your outdoor wedding celebration. On your wedding day we receive each vendor onsite and get them placed and settled so you can focus on your celebration. We will work with your vision to coordinate the ceremony from rehearsal to recessional ensuring that each participant knows where to stand, when to walk and how to look great doing it.


Site Manager (Included)

At The Music Camp, we take pride in the beautiful surroundings, from the peaceful forested riverbank to the lush open meadows. Our event site will always be delivered to you in excellent working condition; clean, clear of debris, and with freshly cut grass.

Our Site Manager will be available at your event to help with any site related issues.

Dressing Rooms for The Wedding Couple (Included)

For your convenience and privacy, we offer separate gazebos for the wedding couple.

Each dressing room is glamorous in its own way, featuring decorative fabrics, covered tables and patio chairs, floor coverings, heater or fan (or both if appropriate), a full length mirror or two, chandeliers and indirect lighting, cooler with drink ice, cups, etc..

For the more discerning bride we offer The Pearl, our Gypsy Wagon. The Pearl has a flushing toilet, spalted maple vanity, electrical outlets, and a deck overlooking the Pacolet River. There is also an adjacent hot shower.

Rental of The Pearl is available for $250/day. The Pearl is included with the Glamping Package at no additional cost.

Parking Attendants (Included)

The Music Camp is an extensive property with more than fifty-five sprawling acres of riverbank and forest. To help your guests navigate, our packages include the service of two parking attendants.

Parking attendants will greet your guests as they arrive, get them parked, and direct them to the ceremony location. If you have guests who will need special access our parking will direct them to our ADA accessible parking by the ceremony site. After your ceremony, they will be around to help direct your guests to the reception site and answer any questions.

Additional attendants are available at a cost of $200 per day per attendant.

Sanitation Services (Included)

Trash and Recycling: We provide trash and recycling receptacles and liners. Staff will haul away bagged trash after your event.

Portable Toilets and Wash Stations: We provide portable restrooms and hand washing stations for all events at a ratio of one unit for every 50 guests, with one wheelchair accessible unit for every 200 guests. Lavatory plans can be changed as needed with regard to site plan.

Bathroom Trailers: You may choose to rent, at your expense, luxury restroom trailers with flushing toilets and sinks with hot water. Starting at $1500.
