2017 Wedding Package Pricing*

*Booking your event in 2017 will guarantee 2017 pricing on future events.

Select the Wedding Package that best fits your vision then personalize your celebration with professional event services and unique rental fixtures. Click on the Package you are interested in and then use our convenient shopping cart to create an estimate for your event total. Our Packages are a useful tool for pricing and visioning. However, your wedding will be unlike any others. 2017 Wedding Package Pricing*

*Booking your event in 2017 will guarantee 2017 pricing on future events.

All our Wedding Packages are based on 100 guests & include the following base amenities:

  • Exclusive use the 55 acre riverfront property including stages, audience shelters, picnic shelters, campgrounds, trails, and parking areas.
  • Chairs & tables set up to your specifications for your ceremony or reception for up to 100 guests. Additional chairs can be provided at $3.00 each. We have 200 total.
  • Dressing rooms:  Separate Garden Gazebo Suites well appointed with lighting, furniture, mirrors and heater/fans as needed.   
  • Two parking attendants/ushers to welcome & direct your guests during your event.
  • Site Host at your disposal to help resolve any site related issues.
  • Sanitation Services including portable restrooms with hand washing stations and the removal of bagged refuse. Trash receptacles and liners are provided.
  • One hour rehearsal the day prior to your wedding.

Additional time may be added to any package at a cost of $200/hour.

Additional guests over 100 cost $7/person for day time only events and cost $10/person for overnight events. Events spanning more than 48 hours cost $20/person.

Events with more than 350 guests should be priced via Festival Pricing. The capacity of The Music Camp is 1500 guests.  

WEDDING PACKAGES

Our wedding packages range between $1600 and $5000. Our guests spend $3500 with us on average. If you do not find a package that meets your specific needs we are happy to customize one for you. Just give us a call or drop us a line. We love to talk wedding planning and are happy to help get you pointed in the right direction.

VIP Glamping Weekend Wedding Package $5000

In addition to the above this Wedding Package includes:

  • Exclusive use of The Music Camp facilities for up to 48 hours for a Wedding Ceremony & Reception with up to 100 guests.
  • Two nights in our Glamping Tent set up, draped, carpeted and covered on an elevated platform overlooking the river rapids. Includes queen sized bed with plush linens, fine furnishings and lighting.
  • Private use of The Pearl Gypsy Wagon & outdoor shower.
  • Coffee/tea service for 2 mornings with light breakfast options.
  • Three Parking Attendants/Ushers.
  • Italian/Cafe lighting install up to 200′
  • Choice of Wedding Arch.
  • The Pearl Gypsy Wagon & One Garden Gazebo Suite for the wedding couples dressing rooms.

Glamping Wedding Package – Our most popular wedding package! $3000

In addition to the base amenities listed at the top this package also includes:

  • Exclusive use of The Music Camp facilities for up to 24 hours for a Wedding Ceremony & Reception with up to 100 guests.
  • One magical night in our Glamping Tent set up, draped, carpeted and covered on an elevated platform overlooking the river rapids. Includes queen sized bed with plush linens, fine furnishings and lighting.
  • Private use of The Pearl Gypsy Wagon & outdoor shower.
  • Coffee/tea service in the morning with light breakfast options.
  • Includes camping for up to 100 guests.
  • One Garden Gazebo Suite and use of the The Pearl Gypsy Wagon for the wedding couples dressing rooms.

Overnight Camping Wedding Package $2500

In addition to the base amenities listed at the top this package also includes:

  • Exclusive use of The Music Camp facilities for up to 24 hours for a Wedding Ceremony & Reception with up to 100 guests.
  • Overnight riverfront camping for you & your guests.

Dawn til Dusk Wedding Package $2000

In addition to the base amenities listed at the top this package also includes:

  • Exclusive use of The Music Camp facilities for up to 10 hours for a Wedding Ceremony & Reception with up to 100 guests.

Daylight Wedding Package $1600

In addition to the base amenities listed at the top this package also includes:

  • Use of The Music Camp facilities for up to 5 hours for a Wedding Ceremony & Reception with up to 100 guests.

Package Discounts

  • Military Discount 10% for wedding couples with Military ID.
  • Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday Weddings are Discounted 10%
  • 50 Guests or less? 10% Discount.
  • Discounts may not be combined. Discount applies to your package but not additional added services or rental items not included in the package.

ADDITIONAL COSTS TO CONSIDER:

Event liability insurance – It is mandatory that you purchase an event liability insurance policy naming Swift Horse Events, LLC as an additional insured. If  you will be serving alcohol you must also carry the liquor liability addendum.

It is recommended that you purchase event cancellation insurance as our reservation fees and payments for site rental are non-refundable.

You may purchase these policies at wedsafe.com for between $130 – $200.

Security – If your event will host more than 150 guests or if you will be serving alcohol at your event you will be responsible for hiring a certified security guard for the duration of your reception. We can help you find a guard/s for between $150 -$400.
